The Packers have designated quarterback Jordan Love (knee) as questionable for Sunday's inaugural home contest against the Indianapolis Colts.

Running back MarShawn Lloyd (hamstring) and receiver Jayden Reed (calf/shin) are also designated as questionable.

Love did not participate in practice this week after sustaining a knee injury late in last Friday's 34-29 defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles, but throughout the week Head Coach Matt LaFleur has maintained the possibility of Love playing.

"He's faring well," said LaFleur following Friday's practice. "He's exhibiting a great attitude and is working diligently and improving daily."

If Love is unable to participate, third-year quarterback Malik Willis will assume the starting role in his place.

Reed was appended to the injury report after being limited in Friday's practice. The second-year receiver is coming off a career-best performance against the Philadelphia Eagles in which he amassed 171 total yards (138 receiving and 33 rushing) and two touchdowns.

The Packers did not issue a game status for the following players who are all anticipated to be available vs. the Colts: defensive lineman Kenny Clark (toe), running back Josh Jacobs (back), linebacker Quay Walker (groin), cornerback Corey Ballentine (oblique), and linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (knee).

Clark was a full participant on Friday after being limited on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Colts have ruled out safety Julian Blackmon (shoulder) and designated three as questionable: defensive tackle DeForest Buckner (back), defensive end Kwity Paye (hamstring) and receiver Josh Downs (ankle).

Neither Blackmon nor Buckner participated in practice this week. Paye returned on Friday in a limited capacity.

Kicker Matt Gay (hernia) did not receive a game status and is expected to participate.
