Their motto was: “Goonies never say die.”

The film starred Sean Astin and Corey Feldman, both now 53, as Mikey and Mouth, with Josh Brolin, 56, playing Mikey’s older brother Brand.

Jeff Cohen, 50, who portrayed Chunk, is now an entertainment lawyer, while Ke Huy Quan, 53, who played Data, won an Oscar in 2023 for *Everything Everywhere All At Once* after a nearly 30-year hiatus from acting.

Ex-NFL star John Matuszak, who passed away in 1989 at the age of 38, played the deformed Sloth, known for his iconic catchphrase: “Hey you guys!”
